Ron Wilkins has been a music educator for over 35 years. He currently maintains a private studio and is a sought after clinician. Ron's ability as a vocalist and low brass musician has fostered his unique approach to jazz improvisation "sing what you play, play what you sing".  Ron will be the guest clinician for the TMEA 2025 ATSSB All-State Jazz Ensemble.  He has held positions at Texas State University, The University of Texas: San Antonio, The University of Incarnate Word, Texas Lutheran University, St. Mary's University, and Northwest Vista College.
